$100K Of Baseball Cards Stolen From Sports Card Shop

A sneaky thief removed the bars around a window to gain entrance, stealing more than $100,000 worth of rare baseball cards from Elite Sports Cards & Comics, a popular Sports Memorabilia Store in Chicago.

Once inside, he snagged some rare rookie cards of Michael Jordan, Babe Ruth, and Mickey Mantle before fleeing on foot on foot, and it was all caught on video by surveillance cameras.

The owner of  Elite Sports Cards & Comics, says “Whoever is responsible knew what they were doing and knew exactly what they were looking for, wasting no time inside.”

The unlucky card shop owner is now offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest of the culprit, who helped himself to more than $100,000 worth of rare baseball cards from his store.
